Trade with China remains at the forefront of AWPA’s Government Affairs agenda. The Administration has relied on dialogue between nations as the primary means of affecting positive change with Chinese leaders. While there have been some positive developments, negotiations have fallen woefully short of giving domestic manufacturers a competitive market-based trade arena with this country. Hear from Tim Reif, General Counsel, Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR) who will update attendees on what USTR is doing to move China along in complying with their World Trade Organization (WTO) obligations.
