Interwire 2007 – Stop by Booth 337 to visit AWPA colleagues & friends!
Once again, AWPA will cosponsor the wire industry’s premier trade show held bi-annually. For the first time, this exhibition will take place in Cleveland, OH. The event provides a platform for AWPA to present the goals and objectives of its member companies to wire companies throughout the US. As has been done traditionally, the AWPA booth will provide association membership information and a convenient meeting place for members. We look to the members of the AWPA to assist in staffing the AWPA booth in the exhibit hall. If you are willing to work for a couple of hours, please contact Aimee Hall at ahall@awpa.org at the AWPA office. On the morning of Tuesday, May 8 from 7:30 am to 9:00 am the AWPA will host our membership breakfast. The schedule is as follows:
This breakfast is an opportunity for you to work on those people you have been talking to about AWPA membership! Call your contacts! Invite them to join you and see what AWPA is all about. These guests are invited at no charge and must represent companies that are eligible for membership. Meetings of the Government Relations Advisory Committee (GRAC) and Operations Steering Committee (OSC) will also be held on Tuesday, May 8. The GRAC will meet at 9:00 am – 10:30 am following the breakfast and the OSC will meet from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. Go to www.awpa.org and register today.
