270 Final injury determination by ITC if theinvestigation is treated
as "extraordinarily complicated." |
The countervailing investigation will be terminated (a) if the ITC makes
a preliminary or a final determination of no injury or threat of injury,
(b) the DOC makes a final determination of no subsidies, or (c) if the
U.S. industry withdraws the countervailing duty petition.
