A great time was had by all who came to Rancho Mirage, California to celebrate AWPA's 20th Anniversary. Not only was the room filled

The incoming US Trade Representative (USTR) Bob Zoellick has already stated that obtaining fast track negotiating authority for the president is one of his highest priorities. This might prove to be a challenging task since Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott (R-MS) has already announced
that a vote in the Senate might have to wait until this summer or early fall.
