ITC’s Final Determination in AD/CVD Investigations of Wire Rod from Italy, Korea, Spain, Turkey, and the United Kingdom

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has made its final determination in the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Italy, Korea, Spain, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.

The ITC made an affirmative determination of injury, which means that the US Department of Commerce (DOC) will issue AD and CVD orders with respect to wire rod from these countries. Respondents have 30 days from the date on which the ITC’s final determination is published in the Federal Register to file an appeal of the ITC’s determination.
