The US Department of Commerce has released information regarding the Tariff Rate Quota Agreement on Steel (TRQ). You can find 4 tables on the 232 Tariff page of the website.
The four tables are:
- The annual quota amounts sorted by EU member state, showing the allocations by product categories.
- The annual quota amounts sorted by product category, showing the allocation to EU member states.
- The HTSUS codes includes in each product category.
- A list of product exclusions which will be extended to December 2023.
The AWPA will provide further information as it becomes available.
