AWPA will hold a webinar on May 22 at 11 am with Douglas L. Parker, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health. He will discuss OSHA’s regulatory agenda for 2023 as well as recently instituted practices and protocols – topics including heat illness prevention in outdoor and indoor work settings, infectious disease standards and improved tracking of workplace injuries and illnesses, the worker walkaround representative designation process, updates to lockout/tagout, and other changes to worker safety programs.
