Reservations
Your hotel reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-540-0727 (you must mention the AWPA meeting or Group Code G-A874) or by using the AWPA’s direct reservation link online: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/PHXDS/G-A874. If using the web link, be sure to edit your arrival and departure dates as needed.
To secure the discounted room rate, please make your reservation no later than 5 pm EST, Monday, January 27, 2020. The special meeting rates are available for standard sleeping rooms at $275 per night, plus tax, for both single and double occupancy and are good for three days prior and three days after the dates of our meeting, while available. AWPA’s discounted room rates are available only until Monday, January 27, 2020, or until all group rooms are sold. You are urged to make your hotel reservations quickly. Reservations must be secured by deposit using a credit card at the time of the reservation. All deposits will be charged at the time the reservation is made.

TRANSPORTATION
The Scottsdale Resort is located approximately 15 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PXH). Rental cars from most major carriers are available at the Phoenix airport. Valet parking at the resort is complimentary (tips are appreciated). Cabs are available to the resort for approximately $50.00 one-way. Uber and Lyft also service the airport.
