We hope you will join us at the 2025 Government Affairs Conference. Your meeting registration includes committee meetings, both receptions, the general session, and the debriefing breakfast. There is no additional charge for participating in Congressional Visits, but you do need to indicate that you intend to participate during registration. Here is our current schedule for reference.
Save on the registration fee by staying at the Royal Sonesta Capitol Hill. Staying at the conference hotel helps AWPA reduce our liability, and provides the best meeting experience. Register by June 30th to get the best rate.

July 1–August 27th
Regular Registration—Staying at the Royal Sonesta Capitol Hill $785.00
Regular Registration—Staying at another hotel $885.00
August 27th–September 19th
Late and On-site Registration—$985.00
Spouse Fee
Your spouse/companion is welcome to join us—the fee is $175.00
Cancellations
Meeting registrations cancelled in writing by August 27th are entitled to a full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Registrations cancelled after August 27th are non-refundable.
