We’ll start with an early breakfast, then board the bus at 7 am to head to Leggett & Platt in Carthage, MO.
The Carthage Wire Mill was established in 1969 to primarily support the demand for wire within L&P bedspring operations. Support of internal demand still exists in addition to serving markets using bright basic, oil tempered, and galvanized wire.
After a tour of the Leggett facilities and lunch, we’ll head to the Tulsa airport for a drop-off by 3:30 pm. For everyone not catching flights Wednesday evening, we’ll be back at the hotel about 4:00 pm.
