AWPA is committed to holding a safe meeting that follows CDC recommendations and local regulations. The Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill is also committed to the safety and well-being of their guests. Just as you put safety first in your company, through policies and procedures, here is how we are making sure the 2021 Conference is a safety success:
- Face masks are required in all meeting spaces. Washington, DC currently has an indoor mask requirement, regardless of vaccination status.
- Space for social distancing is being included in all meeting spaces. Everyone will have space to distance to their level of comfort.
- The Hyatt is implementing increased cleaning and sanitizing of spaces and surfaces.
