Hotel Accommodations
We have reserved a special room block at the Canopy by Hilton Washington DC The Wharf for conference attendees. The majority of conference programming will be held at the offices of Kelley Drye, located less than one block from the hotel, making it easy for attendees to walk between the hotel and conference events throughout the week. Hotel Room Block Deadline is September 1, 2026.

Attendees who book at the conference hotel save on the registration fee because it helps reduce AWPA's liability. The Canopy by Hilton Washington, DC The Wharf is located on the waterfront with stunning views of the Potomac River. Reservation Policies
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. Discounted rooms are available until September 1, 2026 or until the room block sells out.
Reservations may be cancelled until 4:00 PM local time, two days prior to arrival. After that deadline, one night's room and tax will be charged. Guests departing before their scheduled departure date may also be charged one additional night's room and tax.

Taxis from Reagan National are approximately $25 depending on traffic. Uber and Lyft service all three airports.

The Canopy offers on-site valet parking. Overnight guests are currently charged $65 per night with in/out privileges. Hourly rates apply for non-overnight guests.
