The registration fee covers all events except for the optional Tuesday afternoon activities. This year everyone staying at the meeting hotel will receive a $75 discount off the registration fee. We hope this encourages you to book your room at the Wyndham Grand, to ensure AWPA meets its obligation to the hotel and to keep overall meeting costs down.

Stay at Meeting Hotel Discount - To receive the $75 registration discount, select this fee when you register, and make your hotel reservation at the Wyndham before the room block closes on January 15th. We are expecting the hotel to sell out.
Waiver
During registration you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of the AWPA Waiver and Release of Liability for Communicable Disease. You can read the waiver here.

Cancellation Policy
Meeting registrations cancelled in writing by email, by January 15 are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made after January 15 are non-refundable. If after January 15 you are unable to attend due to covid exposure or illness please contact the AWPA office for assistance.
