Mark your calendars for the 2016 Fall Operations Managers Meeting to be held at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel, in Charlotte, NC, September 28-29. Our plant tour host will be HSM Solutions/Hickory Springs. Registration will be open NEXT WEEK.

This will be a unique meeting, as we are offering a workshop-style session entitled Blending a Multigenerational Workforce. Plant Managers are asked to register along with their Human Resource manager. Our instructor, Shira Harrington, got rave reviews in February with her overview of the whys and wherefores of Millennial Generation workers. Topics will include Recruitment, Retention, Performance and Succession Planning.
