International Trade Cases

AWPA members have appeared before the US International Trade Commission (ITC) on both sides of the aisle. In recent years, with the influx of wire and wire products imports from China, it has become necessary to defend US markets from unfairly traded and subsidized imports from Chinese producers. AWPA serves as a forum for industry sectors to understand the trade laws and talk about the possibility of filing a trade case.

AWPA trade attorneys from Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLC have prepared an introduction to the trade laws to help members begin to understand the process.
