Some Duties on Stainless Wire Rod Are Revoked

Effective retroactively to June 17, 2015, the antidumping duty orders on imports of Stainless Steel Wire Rod (SSWR) from Italy and Spain are revoked. Customs will terminate the suspension of liquidation and discontinue the collection of cash deposits on entries of SSWR from Italy and Spain, entered or withdrawn from warehouse on or after June 17, 2015 and refund, with interest, all cash deposits on unliquidated entries made on or after this date. The same Sunset Review investigation concluded that the antidumping orders from Japan, Korea and Taiwan will remain in place. The orders were initially put in place on September 15, 1998.
