Historic downtown St. Petersburg, and the Vinoy Resort was the highest rated location of any AWPA meeting in the last 2 decades. And in 2022 the Vinoy has undergone a major renovation, the waterfront park has a new pier, a new beachfront, and many great new restaurants.

• Plenty to See and Do, Close By

Five museums, including the internationally recognized Dali Museum, an eclectic arts and shopping district on Central Avenue, and all sorts of activities, everything from sailing, Seqway tours, or even just a casual walk along the bay, are a short, walkable distance from the hotel.

• Great Weather

The end of February in St. Petersburg sees average temperatures in the low to mid seventies with only the occasional chance of rain. It’s a lovely opportunity to get outdoors and enjoy everything downtown St. Pete has to offer.
