Act fast—our hotel block is quickly filling up!

We’re not able to secure any additional rooms after our block fills, and we want to make sure you get a room. February in Cabo San Lucas is a very popular time and the hotel has indicated they will most likely sell out over our dates. There is no deposit required, and you can cancel penalty-free up to 30 days before your arrival, so make sure to reserve your room as soon as possible!

As a reminder, in order to participate in our sessions and private events, you’ll need to have a room at the host hotel, the Grand Fiesta Americana. This year is a little different—instead of booking online, you’ll need to send an email with your reservation information. Visit our Accommodations page for the process, and what to include.
